Shenzhen Xinhai Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xinhai Technology” or “We”) is committed to providing high-quality products and services to customers worldwide. This Return and Exchange Policy is formulated in accordance with international trade regulations, relevant Chinese laws, and cross-border e-commerce standards, aiming to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our customers and to standardize the return and exchange process.
Our return and exchange services apply to all products purchased through our official channels. Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must remain in its original, unused condition; furthermore, the packaging, labels, and all accessories must be intact and undamaged, free from any artificial damage or alterations—a requirement that is particularly critical for our precision electronic components and metal parts.
We will accept return or exchange requests under the following circumstances: if the product exhibits quality defects, does not match the order description, or was shipped in error. For returns resulting from product quality issues, we will bear all cross-border shipping costs and provide either a full refund or a free replacement service. For returns initiated due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as a change of mind), the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs; we will process the refund after deducting the actual logistics expenses incurred.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our official customer service team within the specified timeframe and provide their order details, photographs of the product, and a detailed description of the issue. Upon verification and confirmation, we will issue a Return Authorization and provide detailed instructions for the return process. Once the returned product is received, we will complete the product inspection, refund, or exchange process within 7 business days.
The following products are ineligible for return or exchange: customized products; products damaged due to improper use; products with incomplete packaging or missing accessories; and products for which the 30-day return period has expired.
